![]() (b) Any person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 or confined in jail for not more than one hundred days, or both fined and confined. (4) In any state, county or municipal park in areas of which the discharge of firearms is prohibited.
